Role overview
We are looking for a polished, customer-first chat support professional to assist users through messaging and live-chat channels. The role is centered on giving prompt, helpful, and accurate support while creating a smooth customer experience.
The person in this position will answer questions, help resolve problems, share information about products or services, and work toward customer satisfaction through clear and efficient written communication. Success in this role depends on the ability to juggle several conversations at once, stay organized, and handle a busy support environment with care and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer questions through live chat, messaging tools, and other digital support channels.
- Share correct details about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Address complaints, issues, and technical concerns quickly and professionally.
- Refer complicated matters to the right team when they need additional attention.
- Keep complete and accurate logs of customer conversations and outcomes.
- Work in line with customer service standards and communication rules.
- Support customers with account questions, orders, payments, and service-related requests.
- Assess customer needs and suggest suitable solutions or next steps.
- Keep track of chat queues and manage several active conversations at the same time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to speed up resolution.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
- Protect the privacy and security of customer data at all times.

Preferred background
- High school diploma, diploma, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related subject.
- Previous exposure to customer support, online chat support, call center work, sales support, administrative work, or general customer service is preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms, live chat tools, help desk systems, and other support software is an advantage.
- Prior work in remote or digital customer service settings is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
