Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance management, facilities oversight, or industrial operational roles.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities and proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of maintenance planning methodologies, asset management principles, and safety protocols.
