Key duties

  • Keep asset records current and confirm equipment remains safe, compliant and ready for use.
  • Review Safe Operating Procedures for plant and equipment on an annual basis.
  • Deliver instruction and training on safe equipment use and ensure user manuals stay up to date.
  • Coordinate volunteers for depot cleaning, repairs and general maintenance support.
  • Keep reporting accurate, including updates in Noggin and documentation of incidents.
  • Support workplace health and safety by spotting hazards, lowering risks and escalating issues quickly.
  • Assist with emergency response tasks such as meal delivery, site setup, pack down and working with catering teams.

What you will bring

  • Background in maintenance coordination or a related position involving fleets, assets, facilities or hands-on repair work.
  • Experience using mobile plant equipment.
  • Confidence working in busy, fast-moving operational settings.
  • Strong planning skills and close attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with volunteers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Current Western Australia driver licence.
  • Heavy vehicle licence, MR class or above.
  • Forklift licence.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Professional, dependable and well-presented manner.
