Full/Part-Time Relationship Manager (Basic + Commissions)

About the Role

Great Eastern Financial Advisers Private Limited is offering a relationship management opportunity in Singapore with flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements. The role is backed by Great Eastern, Singapore’s oldest insurer, supported by OCBC, and recognized as a leading and trusted name in Singapore and Malaysia. GEFA is a subsidiary that enables financial consultants to access a broader selection of products across multiple platforms.

Compensation

The base pay ranges from SGD 3,000 per month to SGD 7,000 per month, depending on experience and the most recent salary drawn. On top of that, the role includes uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Training and Support

You will be placed with one of the company’s top agencies and receive structured training and ongoing guidance from day one. Several cold-market platforms are provided, removing the need to rely on family and friends for introductions. Support is also available to help secure the first few cases and build early momentum in the role.

Exams and Onboarding

Candidates who successfully clear the interview process will need to complete four exams before starting: RES5, M9, M9A, and HI. All examination fees are covered by the company.

• Identify clients’ financial objectives and recommend suitable insurance, investment, or savings solutions for individuals and businesses.
• Deliver strong customer service and a positive advisory experience.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• A diploma from a local polytechnic or an equivalent qualification is required.
• This opportunity is open only to Singaporean citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
• Applicants with no prior experience are welcome.
• RES5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications are considered an advantage.
