Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, updates, and corrections in various databases, managing substantial volumes of information.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through verification, cleaning processes, and maintaining consistency across all systems.
- Generate reports and derive actionable insights from data for operational purposes.
- Maintain comprehensive data documentation, including dictionaries and models, while strictly adhering to data security protocols.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrate familiarity with database management systems.
- Exhibit strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Communicate effectively with both management and clients.
- Have prior experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira.
