Role OverviewRedSun Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to promote in-house W2 consultants across IT disciplines. This is a fully remote position, aligned to EST working hours, and is designed for high performers who can deliver measurable results. Compensation is experience-based and includes incentives.What You Will DoMarket W2 bench consultants, including candidates on H1B, OPT, GC, USC, and related status categories, to your existing vendor and client network.Develop and nurture relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct hiring clients.Source appropriate opportunities for consultants across different technologies and work toward successful placements.Handle rate discussions, arrange interviews, and manage the process through closure.Keep a consistent daily activity record and maintain a strong pipeline of submissions and placements.Contribute to revenue growth through high activity, persistence, and effective execution.Candidate ProfileThe role is intended for seasoned bench sales professionals with a proven placement history and an active network of trusted vendors and clients. It is not a training position; the expectation is that you can independently produce results from day one.RequirementsAt least 3 years of direct experience in bench sales recruiting within the US IT staffing space.A well-established network of dependable vendors and direct clients.Strong understanding of US staffing practices, including C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms, as well as common visa classifications.Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.A self-driven, target-oriented approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced and competitive setting.Availability to work during EST time zone hours.Compensation and Work EnvironmentThis is a 100% remote opportunity with performance-linked earnings and incentive-based rewards.
