Xtnsion.AI builds AI-powered systems that help companies automate customer communication across chat and voice channels. This internship sits under Xeetij.AI, the brand’s learning and content initiative focused on producing short, attention-grabbing content about artificial intelligence, technology, and digital innovation.

What you will do

• Craft short video scripts and social captions centered on AI and tech topics.
• Build clear creative briefs for editors, covering direction, timing, on-screen text, music cues, and editing instructions.
• Find, collect, and structure visuals, clips, and references from online sources, stock libraries, and AI-assisted tools.
• Generate visual material with AI platforms such as Higgs Field, Nano Banana, and similar tools.
• Create and experiment with thumbnails designed to improve clicks and viewer engagement.
• Track trending content formats and viral ideas across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Turn ideas into polished, editor-ready content plans quickly and accurately.
• Work with the team to convert rough concepts into streamlined short-form content processes.

Who this role is for

This opportunity is meant for candidates who can work remotely, begin between 9 June 2026 and 14 July 2026, and commit to a 3-month internship. Applicants should bring relevant interest and abilities in content, AI tools, and visual storytelling.

Stipend and timeline

• A strong visual eye and an understanding of what works in short-form content.
• Good writing ability for concise, engaging scripts and captions.
• Interest in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current digital content trends.
• Comfort learning and testing new AI tools quickly.
• A structured, proactive, and execution-oriented approach to work.
• Interest in AI tools, content creation, and visual storytelling.
• Preference for candidates familiar with Higgs Field, Nano Banana, Canva, Midjourney, or similar AI visual tools.
• Any prior experience creating scripts, captions, or creative briefs for academic, personal, or content work will help.
• Understanding of short-form content performance and audience engagement on Instagram and YouTube.
• Candidates looking for coding- or engineering-based internships are not a fit for this role.
• Applicants who need heavy supervision may not be suited to this position.
• Candidates located in Delhi/Gurgaon NCR or those open to a hybrid arrangement will be preferred.
