Sr. Design Engineer

Role OverviewThis position is for a senior structural design engineer with hands-on experience in analysing and designing reinforced concrete and steel structures. The role involves producing safe, practical, and code-compliant structural solutions while balancing quality, constructability, and project deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesThe engineer will develop structural models, carry out detailed design work, and support both tender and execution phases with reliable technical outputs. The role also includes checking drawings, reviewing design documents, and coordinating on vendor-related design inputs when needed.Technical ScopeCore work includes structural modelling in STAAD Pro, detailed RCC design using RCDC, steel building analysis, and basic connection design. The candidate is also expected to prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs, review design reports, and ensure that final solutions remain efficient and buildable.Quality and DocumentationAnother important part of the role is preparing quality compliance documents and maintaining a strong focus on precision in design deliverables.
