Senior Product Manager

Role overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. The position calls for 8+ years of product management experience and focuses on shaping customer-centric digital and physical experiences across theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and similar vacation offerings.

In this role, you will help define product direction, turn ideas into actionable delivery plans, and work closely with several teams to build offerings that improve guest satisfaction and support business expansion. The job suits someone who can solve problems independently, think creatively, and stay strongly focused on the customer.

What you will do

• Create and drive product strategies for experience-led businesses such as theme parks, resorts, and cruise products.
• Work with cross-functional partners to align on the vision and move strategic initiatives forward.
• Convert product ideas into user stories, epics, requirement documents, and test cases.
• Use guest research, focus groups, and behavior analytics to guide product decisions.
• Obtain the required approvals for new features from finance, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders.
• Support newer team members by offering informal direction and simplifying complex information.
• Take part in scrum meetings to help prioritize work and clear blockers.

What is needed

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate multiple solution options.
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision and support newer colleagues when needed.
• Hands-on experience translating product concepts into user stories, epics, and requirements.
• Ability to use customer research and analytics to make informed decisions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management.

Preferred background

Experience in travel, retail, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices, along with experience working with distributed teams, is also preferred.
