Security Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Security Supervisor, you will help protect guests, team members, and hotel property while supporting a welcoming hospitality experience. The role combines day-to-day security oversight with a strong focus on safety, responsiveness, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular patrols across indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel to spot safety concerns, security risks, threats, and any unsafe or suspicious conditions.
• Help manage urgent situations, including fires, medical incidents, and security-related emergencies, by coordinating the appropriate response.
• Lead, train, schedule, and oversee Security Guards/Officers, offering direction and support so the team performs effectively.
• Look into incidents at a preliminary level, collect relevant details, record findings, and prepare accurate security reports.
• Encourage a safe working environment by reinforcing security procedures and safe practices among staff.
• Provide operational backup by stepping into Security Officer duties when needed.
