Join Trucrest Realty LLP as a Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience in the real estate sales landscape. This role offers the opportunity to refine your communication, negotiation, and sales management capabilities while engaging directly with clients. You'll be instrumental in cultivating client relations, developing sales strategies, and supporting business development activities. Digital marketing and business research will also be pivotal, allowing you to contribute to lead generation and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to assess their needs and propose appropriate property solutions.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Leverage digital marketing platforms to design display advertisements and capture leads.
- Conduct thorough business research to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining customer relationships and support acquisition efforts.
- Provide ongoing assistance to the sales team to ensure company objectives are met.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit full-time (in-office) to the internship.

- Must be available for the 2-month internship duration.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹6,500 to ₹18,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹3,500 to ₹10,000 plus incentives from ₹3,000 to ₹8,000.
- Opportunity for a job offer with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹1,000,000 upon successful conversion.
