Role overview
This position is for a retail sales professional at Croma in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on in-store customer engagement, sales support, product presentation, and post-sale coordination.
Eligibility and experience
Candidates should be either undergraduates or graduates and must have at least 1 year of experience in B2C environments such as quick-service restaurants, retail, hospitality, or aviation.

Compensation
The salary offered is up to INR 2 lakh per annum, which is around INR 14,000 per month in hand.
Key responsibilities
The role includes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product display and ticketing standards, supporting stock checks, keeping customer records for follow-up, and staying current with product and process updates. The candidate is also expected to help resolve complaints, coordinate post-sale commitments, and participate in training and staff meetings.
Operational expectations
The sales executive is expected to greet customers approaching within a 10-foot radius, ensure guest sales practices are followed in every interaction, make effective use of slower periods for learning, and work with the service desk or store manager when customer issues need escalation or closure.
