Role overview

The Remote Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting client satisfaction and retention by nurturing strong working relationships, managing communication, and helping deliver a smooth experience across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client interactions over phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms.

Pay and benefits
