Role overview
This Program Manager position is based in Ernakulam and focuses on improving operational programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and strengthening internal process control.
Responsibilities
- Design workflows and put standard operating procedures into practice.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work on improving existing processes to make them more efficient.
- Support traceability efforts and maintain strong data governance practices.
- Use analytical thinking to solve operational and program-related issues.
- Plan work carefully and keep activities well organized.
