Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing procurement across several venues, covering sourcing, buying, and supplier coordination. The goal is to secure goods and services on time while upholding quality, controlling costs, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships across all venues.
- Lead price discussions, contract negotiations, and service agreements to secure strong commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain productive supplier partnerships while tracking vendor performance.
- Ensure purchase orders and deliveries are completed on schedule and aligned with business needs.
- Partner with operations teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and support ongoing requirements.
- Find ways to reduce costs without compromising quality or service levels.
- Track procurement spend and contribute to budget control efforts.
- Follow company rules, procurement workflows, and quality expectations.
- Work with operations, culinary, finance, and other departments on projects, new venue launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Support, guide, and grow the procurement team while encouraging best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 to 8 years of procurement experience, ideally in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or multi-location businesses.
- Strong capability in negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration.
- Prior experience handling procurement for multiple venues or sites.
- Good analytical thinking, financial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
