About the Role

The Operations Analyst will support Fuse Energy’s Supply and Installs teams in scaling its core energy products. The role centers on operational analysis, process improvement, and helping the company run metering, supply, and back-office operations more effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Review metering and installation performance to spot delays, identify bottlenecks, and improve delivery results.
• Create dashboards, models, and reporting tools that help engineers and operations teams monitor daily performance.
• Streamline key supply workflows such as billing, switching, trading, and finance.
• Improve coordination between supply, installs, and customer operations by designing stronger data handoffs and operational processes.
• Build a working knowledge of the energy market and the regulatory landscape as the company expands.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, quick to learn, and willing to take initiative. This is a generalist role suited to someone with a technical background who enjoys moving between different problems and building practical solutions.

You should be able to separate signal from noise, understand details quickly, and explain them clearly to people who may not have prior context. The company is looking for someone with a self-starting mindset, strong agency, and an interest in taking on challenging problems. Up to 2 years of work experience is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree in STEM from a top university, along with coding experience.
