Role Overview

The Laundry Executive will support the Assistant Manager - Housekeeping in planning, coordinating, and carrying out the day-to-day functions of the laundry department. The role focuses on ensuring smooth laundry operations and maintaining service standards across all stages of the workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager - Housekeeping in organizing and executing daily laundry operations.
• Supervise and review the work performed by the laundry team across receiving, washing, ironing, packing, and delivery activities.
• Make sure the established standard operating procedures for the laundry department are consistently followed.
• Escalate any issue that could affect the interests of Novotel Ahmedabad to management without delay.

Qualifications and Experience

• A qualification in a hospitality-related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector is needed.
• The candidate should be capable of assigning duties and responsibilities clearly and effectively.
