Role overviewThis is an entry-level full-time helpdesk role based in Delhi. The position involves supporting B2B customers, handling service requests, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the day.What you will doHandle inbound customer questions from business clients quickly and professionally.Investigate customer problems, identify the cause, and work toward a resolution.Keep turnaround time low for all requests and follow-ups.Offer service-related guidance and training to customers whenever needed.Represent the support team with a positive, courteous, and solution-oriented approach.Working arrangementThis is a work-from-office role. The shift runs from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.Who can applyApplications are open only to candidates based in Delhi.Compensation and experienceThe role offers a yearly salary of INR 2,60,000.
