About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Executive focused on non-IT hiring. This position is based in Baner, Pune, near the Volkswagen showroom. The role requires on-site presence and follows a six-day working week, with Saturday as a half day.
Our client is a rapidly expanding HR consulting firm that specializes in recruitment and talent acquisition advisory. The team supports organizations in attracting high-quality talent across different industries and aims to create a smooth experience for both employers and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment process, starting from understanding the hiring need through to candidate joining.
- Identify and engage suitable candidates using job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networking channels.
- Carry out early-stage screening to assess whether applicants match the client’s expectations.
- Arrange interviews and keep candidates informed and engaged at each stage of the process.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pools for immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Use recruitment systems, sourcing methods, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and widen candidate reach.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should have around 2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Background in non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience sourcing through platforms such as job portals and professional networks is important.
- A solid grasp of candidate screening and interview scheduling is expected.
- Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and negotiation skills are required.
- The ideal candidate should be driven, goal-focused, and open to adopting new recruitment technologies and AI-based tools.
Work Schedule
Working days are Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a half working day.
