Responsibilities

• Gather, prepare, validate, and examine information from different sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that align with business objectives.
• Discover trends, recurring patterns, and areas of opportunity in large datasets.
• Convert analytical results into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reporting expectations.
• Track KPIs and share regular updates on performance.
• Help improve data quality by finding inconsistencies and suggesting corrective actions.
• Support the development of data models and analytical frameworks.
• Share findings with technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, engaging format.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical position.
• Strong command of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on exposure to visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Working knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation.
• Python or R experience is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle several priorities and deliver within deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
