We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Coordinator to serve as the bridge between the Customer Success and Operations functions. In this role, you will keep customer requests moving smoothly, ensure issues are communicated clearly, monitor progress, and help drive prompt resolutions that support a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main coordination contact between the Customer Success and Operations teams.
  • Receive, organize, and track customer tickets along with operational requests.
