What you will do

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with a high standard of hospitality and attention.
  • Respond to member questions and feedback in person or by email in a timely, courteous, and professional way.
  • Make clear and energetic pre-class and post-class announcements over a microphone for studio audiences.
  • Handle live production bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling through TeamUp, while helping with account-related concerns.
  • Complete check-in tasks before live productions and explain studio rules, waivers, and terms to attendees.
  • Track occupancy, manage standby and waitlists, and help maximize the use of live studio spaces.
  • Work with production teams on audience seating and participation to keep the studio environment lively and organized.
  • Lead studio tours for members attending live class experiences.
  • Assemble merchandise bags and support hospitality touchpoints throughout the visit.
  • Help with post-class meet-and-greets, including photo handling and distribution for guests and members.
  • Recognize member milestones such as birthdays and class achievements.
  • Use digital tools such as reservation software, email, SMS tools, G-Suite, and Slack with confidence.
