About the Company

About the Role
In this role, you will own a specific geographic area and be accountable for the performance of the hotel portfolio within it. The position focuses on maintaining high guest satisfaction, strong product standards, healthy business performance, and expansion of the company’s footprint. You will balance operations, sales enablement, partner coordination, and portfolio growth through your network. This is a high-impact position that demands strong execution, relationship building, and a business-oriented mindset.
Operational Excellence
- Manage daily operations across multiple hotels in your territory and ensure they follow brand expectations and service benchmarks.
- Make sure Treebo SOPs, brand standards, health and safety practices, and service-quality norms are consistently followed.
- Carry out audits and quality reviews, and work with hotel partners to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and hotel partners to keep coordination smooth and issues resolved quickly.
- Strengthen guest satisfaction by ensuring effective and timely service recovery measures.
Business Development and Portfolio Growth
- Identify, assess, and onboard new hotel properties to grow the company’s presence in the assigned region.
- Negotiate commercial terms and confirm full alignment with Treebo operating processes before a property is added.
- Work with the central business development team to support the launch of newly signed properties.
Sales and MICE
- Improve regional sales outcomes by coordinating with internal sales teams and property owners to meet revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities and support the closure of MICE business for portfolio hotels.
- Assist with pricing, promotions, and campaign planning to boost property-level demand.
- Engage corporate clients, event planners, and travel arrangers in the region to generate business when required.
Team and Partner Management
- Guide, coach, and develop on-ground hotel teams so they can deliver a strong guest experience.
- Train staff on brand values, operating procedures, and customer service practices to keep service consistent.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with hotel owners and partners to encourage collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should bring strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities, along with 4–6 years of hospitality experience. Prior success in operations and business development is important, and experience in property acquisition or hospitality sales is expected. Exposure to the MICE segment is a strong advantage. The role also calls for analytical thinking, sound judgement, adaptability in a fast-moving environment, frequent travel across the assigned region, and an entrepreneurial, execution-focused approach.
