Role Overview
This on-site sales internship in Mumbai is designed for someone who can support customer interactions, assist with order handling, and help the sales and concierge functions run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Answer product and service queries clearly and promptly.
- Assist the sales team with lead tracking and order coordination.
- Carry out follow-ups related to enquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Work with internal teams to help resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Keep customer interaction and transaction records accurate and up to date.
- Support daily concierge and customer support activities.
Eligibility
Applicants must be able to work full time in office, be available for a 6-month internship, and be ready to begin between 4 June 2026 and 9 July 2026. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.
Other Requirements
- The working schedule is 6 days per week.
- Weekly offs are rotational and depend on business needs.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
