About the internship
This internship is focused on growing and nurturing brand communities across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Reddit, and newer community channels. You will help shape engagement programs, encourage participation, and build stronger connections between users and the brand.
What you'll do
- Manage and expand communities across multiple online platforms.
- Design engagement plans that improve participation, member retention, and referrals.
- Greet new members, spark conversations, and keep discussions active and valuable.
- Plan and run AMAs, challenges, contests, webinars, and other community initiatives.
- Spot highly engaged users and convert them into community champions.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to support launches and feature announcements.
- Collect feedback from the community, identify patterns, and share practical insights with internal teams.
- Test new acquisition channels and experiment with community growth ideas.
Who can apply
This role is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin the internship between 27th Jun'26 and 1st Aug'26, and are available for a 4-month duration. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in community and social engagement.
