Role overview
This position involves shaping engaging video content for a digital marketing setup that serves a mixed client base, including Indian and Australian businesses. You will work on fast-moving creative projects for social media, advertisements, and campaign deliverables while contributing to a collaborative in-house team.
Key responsibilities
- Edit both short-format and long-format videos for social platforms, advertisements, and client-specific campaigns.
- Produce Reels, YouTube videos, and promotional edits for several client accounts.
- Enhance footage with motion graphics, transitions, color correction or grading, and sound design to improve the final output.
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and Graphic Designer to keep video output aligned with brand direction and campaign goals.
- Sort, structure, and maintain raw clips, project assets, and content libraries in an organized way.
- Deliver edited content within tight turnaround times while handling work for multiple clients at once.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should have at least 2 years of video editing experience, preferably in an agency setting or in a role that involves direct client work. Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred, though similar tools such as DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Pro are also acceptable. A good eye for pacing, narrative flow, and visual timing for Reels and YouTube Shorts is important. The role also requires comfort with color correction, basic motion design, and balancing several deadlines simultaneously. Applicants must include a showreel or portfolio link with their application.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zirakpur office near Chandigarh, India. The organization operates as the parent company of V Do Marketing, a digital marketing agency that works with both Indian and international clients, mainly from Australia.
