Role overview
This position serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and its stakeholders, especially seller points of contact. In this role, you will represent Amazon directly, handle delivery partner concerns, troubleshoot issues, and contribute ideas that help improve processes.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate consistently in a clear, professional, and courteous way.
- Deliver fast and effective support to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
- Handle sensitive situations by escalating them through the appropriate channels when needed.
- Use strong time management to keep work organized and on track.
- Work toward or above the set performance targets.
- Apply logical thinking to solve problems and spot patterns that can lead to process improvements.
Basic qualifications
- A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
- You should be able to explain issues clearly and accurately to customers.
- Good listening and comprehension skills are needed to understand customer concerns and work them through to resolution.
- Ability to stay focused on customer issues until they are fully resolved.
- Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Strong typing ability.
- Ability to move through websites confidently.
- Good working knowledge of email applications.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics or a comparable support role is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
