Role Overview
A top SaaS organization is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Toronto. This role focuses on bringing in senior technical talent for strategic and client-facing positions while partnering closely with business leaders.
Key Contributions
- Lead recruitment for senior technical positions such as Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
- Create and run sourcing plans that reach passive candidates from top companies in technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software.
- Act as a reliable advisor to hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, status updates on pipelines, and recommendations on hiring decisions.
- Work through changing priorities and convert shifting business needs into practical recruiting plans that can scale.
- Provide a strong candidate journey while using data to improve hiring outcomes.
Required Background
- At least 6 years of recruiting experience in agency and/or internal recruiting roles, with a focus on technical hiring in enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services.
- Hands-on success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
- Solid grasp of enterprise technology, cloud ecosystems, AI/LLM environments, data platforms, and solution architecture.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced search methods, relationship building, and competitive market research.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and multiple competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Must be able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to recruiting in AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, or professional services settings is an asset.
- Experience hiring senior technical advisors who work directly with executive stakeholders and contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives is preferred.
