Store Manager

Role overview

This role is for an experienced store leader to run a single location for Panda Express in Jacksonville, Florida. The Store Manager is responsible for day-to-day store performance, team leadership, financial results, and delivering a consistently strong guest experience.

What you will handle

You will oversee one store from end to end. The role covers hiring, guiding, and supervising associates, while keeping the business aligned with financial targets and service standards. Success in this position depends on leading the team effectively and keeping operations running smoothly.

Training and development

Workplace demands

Store environments may be hot, busy, and noisy, with limited storage and high shelving. The job requires standing for long periods, preparing both hot and cold food, using kitchen knives and equipment, working quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong verbal communication, flexibility, and the ability to handle changing priorities and difficult situations are also important.

Additional requirements

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be able to work within a 50-mile radius of a store, and be available for a flexible schedule that includes weekends. ServeSafe certification is required.
