This position is for a Shift Leader in the printing function based in Haryana, India.   • Assist operators with mechanical issues and breakdowns, ensuring problems are addressed quickly.
  • Track and manage printing ink and roller usage to keep materials available and reduce waste.
  • Check CSS/V-Box on PCM, ensure sampling is completed correctly by print operators, perform random capsule inspections, and take corrective action when deviations are found.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Printing and more than 3 years of experience at an advanced level.
