Role overviewThis position is for an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on IT Service Management solutions. The role involves building, tailoring, and supporting applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on ITSM capabilities and proven development practices.Key responsibilitiesBuild, configure, and adapt ServiceNow ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.Develop and maintain core platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.Design and implement workflows and Flow Designer automations.Connect ServiceNow to external systems through REST and SOAP integrations.Handle platform upgrades, patches, and continuous application improvements.Investigate defects, resolve issues, and support production environments.Follow ServiceNow development standards and coding guidelines.Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Experience neededThe role requires 5 to 10+ years of experience.Must-have expertiseStrong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM is essential for this position.
