Role overviewPwC India’s Microsoft Dynamics practice is hiring a Senior Associate in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role sits within Advisory and supports clients as they modernize and improve their technology environment across front-office, back-office, and mid-office operations using Microsoft solutions. The work is aligned with PwC’s approach of combining business strategy with technology delivery, with exposure to products such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI.Role expectationsWork hands-on with SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and apply PowerShell scripting where needed.Use working knowledge of Azure, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams to support delivery.Handle and resolve work through ServiceNow while following ITIL-based processes.Contribute as a collaborative team member and show willingness to build new skills quickly.Be comfortable working in a 24x5 rotational shift arrangement.Communicate clearly and professionally in day-to-day work.Mandatory and preferred expertiseThe position requires strong knowledge of SharePoint Online. Experience with Exchange Online and PowerShell scripting is preferred.
