Role Overview
We are looking for retail team members to join a specialty model-kit store at Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore. This opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy buildable model kits, collectible mecha figures, and helping shoppers discover a distinctive hobby experience.
Key Duties
- Provide warm, attentive support to customers throughout their visit.
- Explain products clearly and suggest suitable items based on customer needs.
- Handle cashiering responsibilities and help keep the outlet tidy and presentable.
- Assist with stock handling, inventory checks, and general merchandise control.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and good communication ability.
- Someone who can work on their own when needed and also contribute well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prepared for overtime when required.
- For a supervisor position, previous retail leadership experience is necessary.
