Role Overview

The Regional Project Manager will oversee store opening, renovation, repairs, and maintenance activities across the region. Responsibilities

  • Organize project steering meetings and circulate project status reports.
  • Complete required documentation such as site visit reports, checklists, and handover papers.
  • Collect estimates from vendors, review and validate them, and forward them to the commercial team for purchase order creation.
  • Carry out site measurements and certify bills.
  • Keep project completion within the targeted 39-day timeline.
  • Develop vendors according to the forecasted plan and immediate business needs.
  • Build a regional vendor base by onboarding up to 10 new vendors as required.
  • Track and control the cost of new store and renovation work.
  • Identify new infrastructure trends and technologies relevant to retail spaces.
  • Adopt and implement cost-effective retail infrastructure solutions.
  • Introduce energy-efficient measures to reduce utility expenses by 5% compared with the current grid.
  • Visit stores to review repairs and maintenance work, including call-based jobs raised by stores.
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed within 9 days of approval.
