We are seeking an experienced Painter to join a well-established painting team operating from Romsey and covering the Bournemouth and Poole area. The role focuses on delivering internal and external decoration work at customers’ homes and properties.

Compensation

The starting salary is £34,192 per year, with bonus potential available. With bonus, travel, fare allowance, and travel expense support, on-target earnings can reach up to £38,248.

What you should bring

Applicants should ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 in Painting or an equivalent qualification, though time-served painters can access onsite qualification opportunities. Previous experience in domestic or social housing settings is preferred but not essential. A strong commitment to customer service, a genuine interest in improving people’s homes, and the ability to work well with others are important. A valid UK driving licence and eligibility to drive in the UK are required.
