About the Role
We are seeking a personable and proactive Office Assistant who can help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This role supports day-to-day office operations and contributes to a smooth experience for both visitors and internal team members.
Key Duties
- Receive visitors and clients courteously and present a professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and record messages when necessary.
- Keep the office clean, orderly, and sufficiently stocked with essential supplies.
- Help coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.
- Carry out routine administrative work such as filing, data entry, and email handling.
- Assist colleagues with ad hoc assignments and special projects as required.
