Nature of work: Processing U.S. logistics invoices and related billing data.

Responsibilities

• Enter shipment and billing information accurately into the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Collect, examine, and arrange incoming Bills of Lading while spotting and fixing mismatches.
• Check Bills of Lading against billing rules and requirements.
• Handle precise data entry across different systems and reports.
• Work with basic logistics and trade concepts, including exporter/importer terms, Shipper, Consignee, Bill To, Commodity Description, NMFC codes, and accessorial charges.
• Support administrative tasks and other special assignments as requested by the manager.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Previous experience in logistics, billing, or a similar data-processing role is mandatory.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are needed.
• A personal PC or laptop with a minimum 100 Mbps broadband connection is required.
• Work must be done on a Windows laptop or desktop with AnyDesk access.
• The system should have at least a 14-inch screen, FHD 1920×1080 resolution, an i5 or better processor, and 8 GB RAM or more.
• The role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule with a night shift.
• This position is full-time and remote.
