Role Overview

As a Lead Associate - Data Analyst, you will work with complex datasets to turn raw information into clear business insight. The role is centered on analysis, interpretation, and visualization that can support strategic decisions and help improve performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
• Use statistical and analytical methods to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build charts, dashboards, and reports that communicate findings in a simple and effective way.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-backed solutions.
• Design, update, and support data models and databases used for analysis and reporting.

Experience and Technical Expectations

This position is intended for professionals with 1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis. Strong working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, Tableau, or similar software is expected. The ideal candidate should have a solid record of turning complex data into practical business recommendations.
