Role overview
Deloitte is hiring an HR Analytics professional focused on Workforce Analytics to turn workforce data into meaningful insights, practical strategies, and action. The position supports better talent and business decisions by strengthening analytics capability across reporting, dashboarding, governance, and predictive analysis.
What you’ll do
- Generate workforce insights that help guide strategic choices across talent and broader business priorities.
- Study workforce trends and patterns to uncover opportunities and support action planning.
- Improve dashboards and reporting by adding automation, predictive indicators, and a better user experience.
- Create clear visuals and performance insights that enable leaders to make data-backed decisions.
- Help implement data governance standards across major HR systems and reporting workflows.
- Use data modelling, transformation logic, and statistical techniques to improve the quality of analytics outputs.
- Work closely with HR, Total Reward, leadership, and EXCO to maintain a consistent workforce story.
- Support the introduction of predictive analytics and AI-enabled workforce solutions.
What we’re looking for
- Background in workforce analytics, people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical area.
- Strong ability to interpret data, solve problems, and convert findings into recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with dashboards, automated reporting, and data visualization.
- Understanding of data modelling concepts and statistical methods used in business or workforce analysis.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious, and strategic way of thinking.
- Experience with HR systems and workforce data would be a plus.
