Job Summary
This position involves the safe and orderly movement of workers between accommodation and the project yard/site. The driver is expected to prioritize passenger safety, follow all road rules and internal policies, and help maintain a reliable transport routine.
Responsibilities
- Move workers between the dormitory and the yard in line with the planned schedule.
- Protect passenger safety and comfort throughout every journey.
- Follow traffic laws and the company’s safety procedures without exception.
- Perform routine daily inspections of the vehicle, including fuel, engine condition, and cleanliness.
- Immediately report any mechanical issues, damage, accidents, or other incidents.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working order.
- Support transport planning and coordination whenever needed.
- Remain dependable and on time for all driving assignments.
Requirements
- A valid Saudi Arabia driving licence for the relevant vehicle category, such as a bus or van.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on driving experience, ideally in worker transportation.
- Strong familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic rules.
- A responsible attitude, good punctuality, and a strong focus on safety.
- Basic English communication skills to understand and share simple instructions.
- Physical fitness and readiness to work in a site-based setting.
