About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Use digital document platforms such as BIM 360, ACC, Eida, and similar systems.
  • Ensure documents and drawings are circulated promptly to the relevant project teams.
  • Follow company processes, standards, and internal guidelines in daily work.
  • Handle the distribution of drawing transmittals and submittals to the client.
  • Keep controlled document registers and related records accurate and up to date.
  • Create, improve, and maintain filing structures and workflow processes.
