About the roleHighspring is looking for a Customer Service Associate who can support customers through phone, email, and chat while maintaining a strong service experience. This role calls for clear communication, working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to converse fluently in spoken Kannada.What you will doHandle customer queries across phone, email, and chat, sharing accurate information about products and services.Use MS Office tools to organize, track, and resolve customer requests efficiently.Communicate comfortably in spoken Kannada so customers can be assisted in their preferred language.Work closely with team members to keep service delivery smooth and consistently meet performance goals.Record customer interactions and transactions carefully so issues can be tracked and service quality improved.Address complaints and escalations by following the company’s internal processes and policies.Take initiative to improve customer satisfaction through proactive support and personalized issue resolution.Who can applyThis opportunity is open to candidates with no prior work experience who are ready to begin immediately and are able to work onsite in Noida.SalaryThe position offers an annual package in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 7,00,000.Schedule and benefitsThis is a 5-day workweek role.
