Simon Carter continues to strengthen its premium menswear presence with its distinct design style and curated collections.Role OverviewVan Heusen is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to help take its retail network of more than 500 stores to the next level by strengthening awareness, engagement, and consumer experience. The right person will be highly detail-oriented, action-driven, and motivated by outperforming competition through stronger in-store engagement and retail experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and run retail marketing initiatives that increase footfall, sales, and customer engagement across the store network.Spot underperforming stores and design localized marketing actions to improve their results.Track retail performance indicators and suggest steps to improve store productivity.Own the planning and execution of new store launches from start to finish across different markets.Create and deliver seasonal campaigns, festive programs, collection launches, and shopper engagement activations.Work with influencers, creators, and local communities to build awareness and excitement around stores.Find ongoing ways to improve the in-store customer experience.Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Retail, and Training teams to bring the brand experience to life in stores.Build initiatives that deepen customer engagement and strengthen brand affinity at the point of sale.Use CRM programs and customer data to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.Develop targeted outreach programs to improve customer engagement and retention.Apply customer insights to make retail marketing efforts more effective.Partner closely with Retail Operations, Product, VM, and Training teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.Coordinate with the Social & Content Lead to extend the reach of retail campaigns and activations.Manage agencies, vendors, and event partners to deliver programs on time and within budget.Stay updated on emerging retail, consumer, and fashion trends.Bring in fresh ideas and new formats that keep Van Heusen relevant, engaging, and differentiated in retail environments.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe company is looking for someone with a strong background in retail operations, retail marketing, or store management, along with a creative approach to problem-solving.
