Role Overview

This position sits within Infosys Quality Engineering and is focused on automation testing using Selenium with Java. The role combines client interaction, quality assurance, issue resolution, and support for high customer satisfaction in technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on quality assurance matters, resolve issues, and help maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Understand business and technical requirements, review designs, validate architecture, and support reliable service delivery.
• Contribute to project estimation and provide inputs that support solution execution.
• Assess technical risks, review code, and evaluate unit test plans.
• Guide team members toward efficient, high-quality deliverables while supporting knowledge sharing and adherence to company processes.
• Help build effective software systems that support clients in their digital transformation efforts.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a BCA, BSc, B.E./B.Tech, MSc, MCA, or M.Tech degree in any specialization.

Experience

The role is intended for professionals with 4 to 10 years of experience.
