Role OverviewThis position sits within Infosys and focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition activities for a specific unit, geography, or region. The role combines employer branding, sourcing, assessment support, onboarding coordination, vendor collaboration, compliance, and reporting to strengthen hiring outcomes and candidate experience.External Employer BrandingAct as a representative of Infosys in the market and help execute branding initiatives through coordinated communication and day-to-day engagement with vendors, candidates, and other key stakeholders.Research, Analytics & BenchmarkingStudy hiring patterns in the market and across the region, including competitor activity, to help improve the organization’s attractiveness as an employer.AssessmentWork with existing assessment frameworks and tools, and recommend refinements where needed so that the selection process remains consistent and of high quality.OnboardingServe as the main contact for recruits from acceptance until joining, helping improve joining conversions and creating a smoother candidate experience.SourcingCarry out the sourcing strategy by working with internal and external stakeholders to meet recruitment goals for the assigned unit, geography, or region.Vendor ManagementPartner with recruitment vendors at the regional level, maintain existing relationships effectively, and clearly communicate hiring needs to improve sourcing efficiency and support successful recruitment drives.Technology EnablementIdentify opportunities to improve current systems and processes so operational efficiency can be enhanced.MIS & ReportingMaintain and update MIS information using different HR systems for the assigned unit, geography, or region, enabling better decision-making for stakeholders.Process ComplianceReview entry-level hiring processes in detail, participate in vendor audits, and ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.Sourcing PlanUse creative and practical sourcing approaches aligned with the staffing plan, leveraging multiple channels to meet hiring targets for the unit, region, or geography.Knowledge RequiredUnderstanding of hiring trendsAwareness of the talent and technology landscapeKnowledge of manpower planning across multiple unitsInsight into hiring trends across industry segments and technology areasAbility to start meaningful conversations with different stakeholdersSkills RequiredRelationship managementProcess managementClient-facing communicationTeam collaborationBusiness communicationNegotiationAdditional InformationLocation: Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India.
