About the internshipThis in-office internship is for a fresher Architect based in Mumbai, with a 6-month duration and an immediate start. The role involves supporting architectural, structural, and MEP documentation and modelling work, along with coordination and project support tasks.What you will doDraft architectural drawings in CAD or Revit following industry-standard Levels of Development (LOD).Prepare drawings for electrical, ELV, plumbing, fire, and HVAC ducting from architectural plans.Create 3D architectural and structural visualisations using Enscape and BIM tools such as Revit.Build both parametric and non-parametric Revit families based on client needs.Develop architectural, structural, and MEP models with a focus on accuracy and coordination.Work closely with internal teams and external architects to align deliverables with project needs.Generate detailed as-built models for final handover.Review and assess Bills of Quantities.Keep drawing registers and related records up to date.Visit sites whenever required to understand and document project scope.Eligibility and requirementsApplicants must be able to work full time from the office in Mumbai, start the internship between 25 May 2026 and 29 Jun 2026, and remain available for the full 6-month period.
