About the internship
This internship sits within the credit markets function and gives exposure to market analysis, investor-facing work, internal process support, and product ideation in a fast-moving financial services environment.
What you'll do
- Carry out market research, competitive benchmarking, and detailed reviews at the sector level.
- Support investor relations tasks such as LP communication, newsletters, and fund reporting.
- Help create, update, and organize trackers, databases, and process notes used by the team.
- Contribute to ideation for new products, including select securitisation structures and related feasibility checks.
- Assist with internal approvals and regulatory compliance-related workflows.

Eligibility and other requirements
- The preferred profile is someone who has recently completed an undergraduate degree from a premier institute, or holds a CA, CFA, or MBA in finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical ability is essential, along with solid Excel skills.
- The role requires clear and effective written as well as verbal communication.
- Applicants should be self-driven and comfortable working in a lean team where independence is expected and guidance is limited.
Stipend
Monthly stipend ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 50,000.
Additional information
Graduate candidates are paid INR 30,000 per month, while post-graduates receive INR 50,000 per month. Undergraduates and students currently pursuing graduation are not eligible for stipend support.
