Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

This is a full-time, in-office HR internship based in Gwalior. The role is with a digital marketing company focused on strengthening brands through online visibility, engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates and review applications to narrow down suitable profiles.
• Coordinate and arrange interview schedules.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Publish openings on recruitment portals.
• Record and update candidate information in CRM tools and Excel sheets.
• Support the joining process and new hire onboarding.
• Draft and organize HR-related documents.
• Prepare and update daily HR status reports.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with routine HR operations as needed.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 1st Jul'26 and 5th Aug'26, can commit for 3 months, and are based in Gwalior. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in HR.

• Candidates should be immediate joiners.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
