React Native Developer - AI Trainer

About the role

This opportunity is for an experienced React Native developer who can help improve AI systems through coding-focused tasks. You will join a large community of technical professionals working across front-end, back-end, full-stack, and machine learning disciplines to support practical AI development.

The work combines flexibility with technical challenge. You may be asked to create and solve complex programming problems, build polished applications with advanced features, and analyze data to draw useful insights and visualizations. Your contributions help refine intelligent models that continue to learn and improve.

Some contributors take on this work alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus and select projects and working times that suit their own availability.

How the process works

After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will become available through the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems, with particular focus on Android-related development.
• Produce clean code examples along with clear, detailed explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future AI model outputs.

Qualifications and requirements

• Strong command of English at native or bilingual level.
• Working knowledge of Kotlin is preferred.
• Ability to use at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and explanation skills.
• A completed degree or one currently in progress.
• Background as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred.

Contract and payment details

This is an independent contractor engagement. Work is paid hourly, beginning at $50 to $100+ per hour, with some projects offering higher compensation.

Payment is handled through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is managed by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any money to participate.

This opportunity is available only to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Applicants outside these countries will not have access to assessments or available work on the platform at this time.

Work style and flexibility

You can choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. The role is designed so you can work from your own computer and manage your schedule independently.
