ValueLabs is hiring an experienced Python Developer for its Dubai, United Arab Emirates location. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the banking domain for a professional with 5+ years of experience.

Technical Requirements

The role calls for strong Python development expertise, practical exposure to modern web frameworks, and a solid grasp of backend system design and API creation. Experience with data storage technologies and building scalable, reliable services is also important.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support dependable backend platforms and web applications using Python.
• Develop high-performance services that can handle and process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Create and maintain data transformation workflows for applications driven by data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and release solutions.
• Improve application performance while maintaining strong uptime, stability, and reliability.
• Work with databases to store, fetch, and manage both structured and unstructured information.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Understanding of backend architecture and API development.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Background in microservices-based development.
• Experience working in the banking domain is expected.
• Immediate joining or availability within less than 30 days is required.
